Recently on Spotify I’ve been listening to Studio Ghibli tunes being played on music boxes. The high-pitched register does get shrilly after repeated plays but I think it makes for a delightful listening experience especially if I’m looking for soothing non-piano pieces.
In related news, these couple of days I take the time of three full songs before I reach the MRT station near my house. Compare that to 1.5 songs prior to Sunday’s intense badminton session… (Yes, I count my time using songs.)

One day I will dedicate an entry to the magic of Studio Ghibli’s music.
